At Good Life Fitness, C.C.D.A. is provided all the amenities and more that you would find at a full capacity dance school. Students are provided their training in large dance/workout rooms fully equipped with mirrors from floor to ceiling with the latest "Rosco" dance flooring. Rosco Adagio™ flooring is now used in many dance studios as it is excellent for all dance forms, including tap, jazz, ballet, and modern. Its heavy duty, slip vinyl surface is both tough and durable enough to handle tap and yet supple enough with the required sprung necessary for ballet, jazz and modern dance.

The fitness centre provides all C.C.D.A. students full usage of large change rooms including lockers, washrooms, showers and hot tub, as well as a special room for students to enjoy their break times.

As part of their conditioning class, students also have the benefits of utilizing various workout equipment, such as weights, steps, stability balls and stationary exercise equipment all conveniently available in a classroom setting.

An office is also provided for C.C.D.A. representatives, where parents and students can have one on one meetings with the instructor when necessary.

Each C.C.D.A. parent is provided a special CCDA/Good Life pass to provide parents convenient access to the facility when dropping off and picking up their children.
