C.C.D.A.'s
competitive dance curriculum is specifically laid out to accommodate
each group level that will provide dancers a balanced schedule
throughout their week of training in all dance disciplines, including
tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary and ballet.
Since
teaching the proper fundamentals of dance and developing strong
technique is a main focus at C.C.D.A., dancers' training curriculum
also includes various cardio exercises to build endurance, and
stretch, strength and technique classes to develop body control,flexibility
and performance level.
Students
will also learn to implement different styles of dance in all
disciplines in conjunction with different music. This will not
only providestudents the skills and versatility to dance to various
music types, but also provide them the ability to implement movements
to different choreography from all dance forms from classical
to modern and funky combinations.
